The reason why there is a brade, and why it is frurrious.

Brade Frurry is the combination of people's efforts in a past guild that have carried over in a strong momentum into a more coordinated, goal-oriented unit. Each person who agreed to sign the charter and make the guild a reality are all here to do one thing: win without the sacrifice of enjoying the game, something many of us have done in the past, or sacrificed without ever achieving the win.

We are not fooled into thinking that "winning is everything," but we do understand that there is no point in raiding if you are not going to give your very best effort and succeed at your goals. There's no satisfaction from the fifth wipe, only mounted frustration. We offer a place where there is no poor performers; where standards are expected, from behavior to play.

Success for a raiding guild can be determined on many factors, but the ones that I see that stand-out most to me and provide the backbone for the way I handle the raids and the guild as a whole are dedication and time-management. You do not have to raid six nights a week to achieve success, and you do not need to spend every hour of the day on World of Warcraft to be important.
